algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Region intersection bug?

Is it probably a bug in RhinoCommon? The two curves are overlapped with each other but RIntersect returns null. I am using Rhinoceros 5 SR13 with latest GH (latest on Rhino5). The license is part of company's so I cannot access Rhino WIP now.

You know what's strange, when I reverse the order of your curves it seems to work. 

Also, without reversing the order, region difference and region union both work properly.
