Region difference bug ?

Hi !

Almost finish my script but i get a bad surprise by plug in the last component. I don't know if i do something wrong or if it's just a bug, anyway, if you have any idea to solve this ...

I try to perform a region difference between a set of circle to a set of surface, and i get a weird result, as you can see on the screenshot.
