Hi, what is the component on the left? Is there a Grasshopper component that gives you a drop-down list of all the layers?

the component on the left is the "Dynamic Pipeline" from human, which lets you reference objects dynamically from a layer. Unless you mean the far left - that's just a text panel. If you want a dropdown list of layers, use the "Layer Table" from human along with the "Item Selector."
