Rectangle with fixed area, variable side lengths

Hi everyone,

I've been working at this all day and I've decided I just need to ask.

Please forgive my newness, and under developed mathematical mind ;)

I'm trying to work out a definition for resizing the sides of a rectangles while keeping the area constant. 

I've been able to work it with a slider for scale factor (below), but not so I can toggle the side lengths directly. 

I'd really appreciate any help,
