algorithmic modeling for Rhino

rectangle- not centered

Hello, 

i'm trying to create rectangles along curve points. I created perpendicular frames for the rectangle points. How do i define these points as centers, and not corners of the x,y for the rectangle?

Use domain input of rectangle X and Y dimension.
