Rectangle looking ate the wrong direction! Urgent

Hi guys,

I have created rectangles on the start points of a polygon. But I want them to follow the direction of the polygon's segments. Anyone knows how I can sort out the direction?

Hi again, Do you know why the definition does not apply to multiple polygons. It is giving me weird extrusions and I can suspect where the problem is.\I have attached the definition to If you want to have a look
