Reaction diffusion - getting curves (path) for my robot ?

Hello,

I use the reaction diffusion definition from laurent delrieu,

and i would like to get the curves of the bottom (for the first idea)

I try mesh/plane intersection, but ... How can i get the middle of these contour  (in blue)  in order to generate path for the robot (in green)

thank you so much.

I use pink colour, because it's seem that peter fotiadis like it :-))

thanks community

Hello,

you could surely use Medial Axis :

It is also possible to extract isovalue countour with Millepede.

Hello Laurent,

is there any way to obtain a medial axis w/in a 3D volume like this?

I am trying to extract the interior volume as an object instead of the negative of a Boolean operation.

I'm hoping to get a media axis between surfaces within this volume to then pipe/t-spline into a new object.
