algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hello everybody,

I would like to order tree branches according to both following pictures.

My tree is composed of branches gathering 4 points each.

I have this organisation :

I need that :

I really need your help !

Thank you all,

Can you post the point parameter with the internalised data?

Here is the data corresponding to the first picture.

I just want to reorganise it as follows :

{0}

Point A

Point B

Point C

Point D

{1} becoming {7}

Point A

Point B

Point C

Point D

and so on.

Yeah the things is I'd like to test my approach but I really don't want to spend a lot of time recreating the data.

Here is a simplified example.

Hello guys,

Oussennan, I think you created some unneeded complexity in the middle of your definition.

Why not do something like this:

Thank you but I made these data manipulations on purpose.

The only thing I need to know is how to rearrange Tree Branches.

That's why I wanted you to use the last component as a starting point.

Is it what you are after??

Reading your definition, I understand that in the beginning you have your data organized the way you want them, then you change their organization and then you want to change it back.

I still believe that this is a mistake and it would take a pretty complicated definition to correct it, so you can either explain the purpose of the data manipulation you did or wait for someone else to provide a solution.

I figured it out !

In fact, I knew how to reorganise a list but for some reasons I had problems with branches.

But I finally succeeded in manipulating my data using :

- Series

- List item

And inputting correct width and height.

Thank you for your consideration anyway and see you soon !
