Random Quad panels-(lunchbox)-out of srf panels

Hi people, I'm facing this issue with the random quad panels component in lunchbox, my goal is to cut the below surface whit laser cut.

A)which generate out of surface panels(see pic),

B)Also, I tried to cull some panels to make windows but it seems that subtraction doesn't work properly. even merging these panels doesn't make anything.

You can get similar result without using lunchbox.

it is a really clever way to that.

( I'm asking this just for my curiosity) but what if the surface is a bit difference like this

based on your definition(which is curve-based) I applied Tweencurve but the direction of the

extrusion would be a bit problematic!( I will send my def which originally is urs in a couple of hours) again tnx a lot.
