algorithmic modeling for Rhino

I have some problems with offsetting my surface to archive something like this Project

I don't know if i used the right strategy for recreating this project or not.

First of all i Offset the Surface, then I used isotrim to subdivide it into rectangles with the same width.

then i used cull patterns and offset the again to loft the remaining rectangles together.

the problem is that, I cannot create lofts with different depths and it will give me only to different loft. On the other hand, I don't have that much control on it like the source project.

Indeed I don't know how he could use actual designed units instead of the lofted ones in my script!

That is exactly what i want. is there any way to set this random component only for 3 or 4 different numbers? i mean right now it gives us all the numbers between 3 to 6. but i want only 4 numbers that gives me for example 4 different units in the apartment.

thank you so much for your help Hyungsoo.
