random circles tangent lines

Hi,
I just wrote a definition which draw tangent lines between two circles.
But....if i draw a series of random points,wich will be the centers of circles, how can i obtain the tangent lines?Anyone can help me?

Your original definition is not drawing tangent lines correctly. If your circles are too close, the lines are not tangent. Once you fix that problem, the next should be easier. :)

He he yes they're not tangent.i noticed the error after posting the definition!tomorrow i'll check it out.
I don't think the next step will be so easy.having a lot of random circles , how can i give the points a connction order?this is my problem...
