Radiation Intensity Values for Radiation Rose and Sky Dome Don't Match

The annual radiation values for the Sky Dome on surfaces close to vertical are very different from those on the Radiation Rose. I'm not including any context so no geometry blocking the solar radiation. I assume the results should correlate? Thanks.

Ah! I missed this one because I didn't add it to github. If I remember right the reason for the issue is the wrong implementation of the north input. Sorry for not checking this Chris.
