thanks

Pelin, what does that mean? How is it supposed to grow?
Yeah, i know it is a silly and broad question. what i want to do is, to fill up a surface with triangles which are defined by the previous triangle each time. there should be some kind of mathematics, formula or rule - whichever u want to name it-, so that e.g. each triangle will start from the last point of the previous one, and if it is on the x axis it will be one-third of the former, if on y-axis, two times of the former... i guess i have to learn about scripts and algorithms.
I will attach a sketch of what i want to do.
Forgive me if i ask stupid questions but i am very new to the parametric design and GH. (even to Rhino)
by the way, i've found another plug-in called paracloud, but i couldnt find a free or trial edition.

img1: irregular surface filled w/ 3angles acc to "some" rule in both directions.
img2: if the surface extends, same rule applies/continues for the extension, as well.

Pelin,

If you have access to it I would suggest taking a look at the Pamphlet Architecture by Aranda/Lasch (Tooling is the title)...On pg. 55 there is a really interesting cracking procedure that may help you...if you don't have access to the book I can try to scan the page for you later this evening.
