[Question] 2 or + different curves randomized and placed on a series of points

Hello everyone!

I have a little question..

I have 2 curves: 1 square and 1 circle.

I have to place these curves in a series of points.. and that is the simple part...

The problem occur when I decide to randomize the placing of these curves.. To be clear I would like to place 1 single figure for each point of the series and to be able to change the composition of figures..

for instance a grid 2x2 (it has 16 possible different compositions):

Square Circle

Circle Square

Or

Circle Square

Square Square

and other 14..

I can handle manually those components but when the grid become too big it's not possible become crazy..

I tried all but anything works!

What would you do with this problem?

Thanks in advance!

You can do it like attached image.(Use "random" + "Pick'n choose")

Hi Kim.

Thanks a lot for your solution!!!

I find an alternative solution using DISPATCH with a Random Pattern... and it works well when you have 2 Shapes...

but I need to place 6 Shapes on the points of the grid!.. But at the moment they are overlapped!

Not for each point correspond one Shapes...

I tried to use Sift Pattern with a Random Pattern and then Dispatch to create 6 different lists..

Then I tried to Cull the False values but nothing... the shapes remain overlapped!

Thanks,

Jacopo!

Hi Kim...

I tried your solution for 6 Shades and it works well.. It randomizes 6 shades in a series of points..

Thanks a lot!!!

But If I decide to variate the composition? More of 1 or + Shade instead of the others...
