qr code & image mapper

hey guys

i want the image of a qr code sampled into a grid so that i can afterwards manipulate its' pixel coordinates in 3D space.

i tried to set it up in a rectangular grid with circles but the image i received doesn't exactly represents the pixels of the code...
how could i do it that i get the exact representation of its pixels?

i need to get a boole showing me true=black square, false = white square

Hi, It is my variant how you can make your image.

But, be better if you changed size of grid from 150 to 25. Image domain must be changed too. Look at picture.
