Hi,Python can only be run in the rhino 5,You can install a rhino 5 to use python,I hope it can help you

The Python that runs in Rhino and Grasshopper is an embedded IronPython engine (not sure which version). It only runs in Rhino 5. You don't need to download python separately: it is built into rhino 5. But you do need to download the GhPython component to run Python in Grasshopper.
