PT 3D morph list

Hi there, 

I am a beginner in gh and I am trying to create some sort of poles/geometry between two surface to allow different zone of density. I am trying to achieve the ptmorph3dlist tool example given in the PT pdf. I have attached my scrip. I have got everything the same as the given example but it is not giving me the same result. 

Help please !
