algorithmic modeling for Rhino

hi all,

 

 

under mesh is a very smart component called Proximity 3d with an output Proximity Topologie. What does it mean this output or how can I interpret it ?

Hi Benjamin,

 

the topology outputs for every point in the set a list of integers. These integers are the indices of the points that were connected. So this basically allows you to figure out which points were close, not just the lines between sets of close points.

How could you create points from the indices or select the existing points identified from this output? I'm a beginner so apologies if this is a really basic question.

You can use [List Item] to access objects in a list using an index.
