Take a look at http://www.grasshopper3d.com/forum/topics/question-about-voronoi?co... for voronoi diagrams inside irregular (convex) shapes on the XY plane.

You need to either a) make that work on any plane, or b) align your surfaces with the XY plane, then make the voronoi patterns on the XY plane and align the patterns back to each original surface.
