problems installing grasshopper 7 n firefly

hi. I have tried installing grasshopper 7. And though it kind of works but the folder of grasshopper in missing the program files of rhino. Also it shows me a message everytime when it launches grasshopper that rhinocommon.dll is missing and it is using it from some other location. Also since there is no folder of grasshopper>components in the plug-in folder, I am not being able to install firefly.

Please help. Waiting for reply asap.

Hi Riddhi,
Can you explain more about your Grasshopper installation? What version are you trying to install. Something sounds incredibly wrong if it didn't install Grasshopper inside the Program Files>Rhino folder.... and if it's missing the Rhinocommon.dll then there are some serious issues. Maybe try reinstalling 0.7.0055 (I haven't yet tested 0.7.0057). This sounds like it's a Grasshopper installation issue... not a Firefly installation issue.

Yes it was Grasshopper issue. And I solved it with successful installation of Firefly.
And Firefly is an awesome plug-in. Thanks for that.
I am just starting to work with Firefly and might have doubts in further days. Hope to get help from you on the same.
