Problems installing Grasshopper 0.9.75 in Rhino 5.0

Hello

This is my first time in this forum. I am kind of new using Grasshopper.

 I have a little issue, when I try to install the software a message is shown

I did what the help page of RHino said about configuring the RHI manually, but it didn't work. I have the NET 4.0 intall on my laptop. I don't what else to do.
