Problems divide complex surface

Hi, I'm an italy student,

I try to learn Grasshopper, now, i'm following a tutorial on book of Arturo Tedeschi, to recreate Turning Torso Skyscreaper of Santiago Calatrava.

Now, i create the surface of wall, but i dont suceed to divide the surface of wall in 7 parts how it do in the book.

Really, at the start of the tutorial, i create the floor surface trought a curve (i join the curves) create with curves and simmetry comand.

While he use seven different curve and then he join in a single curve. But Know when i use DECOSTRUCTION BERP it dont work how want! and dont create sevent different surface how want.

How can i do?

PS: In the tutorials manual, the comand that use is Esplode breep comonents- but know i think its renamed in Decostruction berp. 

PSS: in the third image I sign the curve and the surface that i want obtain!
