algorithmic modeling for Rhino

difficulties with the discretization of a mesh for tensile structure.

i am trying to make a tensile structure with Kangaroo but having a problem with the preparing of the mesh.

1- i am not apple to divide the mesh in an even number ( the exterior edges are not regular like the rest of the mesh.

2- because of the 2 different directions i am pulling the mesh with, i am ending up with 2 meshes where i want it to be only one mesh.

3- i am not able to extract a surface like geometry, instead, i am having just the grid shell like geometry (lines).

* i am using the mac WIP version

* i used a lunchbox compound in the definition.

any approche different from what i have is welcomed.

thanks in advance
