algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi everybody

i have a issue with paneling a bunch of surfaces as a facade for my project
i can make a patter that i need on unrolled surfaces but its useless cause of curve surfaces!! i try to do it in 3d but it gives me an odd result and i guess it's problem is in vectores and directions but i dont know how should i fix it that it gives me a result like the 2d pattern on 3d surfaces!

Thanks a lot:)

You're on the right track with Projecting the pattern, but instead of projecting it on to flat 2d curves, you can project them directly on to the actual surfaces. You'd have to rearrange a copy of them how you want like you've done the 2d curves (just don't flatten them).

Afterwards its pretty simple to use [Map to Surface] to transfer the patterns on the 3d surfaces on to the assembled 3d model.

Hopefully that's clear enough to work from, ask again if not, or stuck on the next step.
