problem with making random pattern along a curve surface

Hi

Im trying make a pattern of random rectangles both in size and placement on a curve surface, i did this on  planar surface fine, but for curve surface, orientation of shapes are wrong! what should i do?!

(in attachment u see both curve and planar surface)
