PROBLEM WITH KANGAROO

HELLO, 

I've installed kangaroo plugin for rhino, but for some reason the main kangaroo solver component is missing. when I start grasshopper the following error message appears. Also the kangaroo2 tab is missing and I only see the kangaroo tab (there are supposed to be 2 kangaroo tabs on the grasshopper toolbar). Any help?
