Problem with font display

Good Morning

Could you please help me take a look what is wrong with my HoneyBee setting?

I just started learning HoneyBee by following Chris Mackey's Honeybee Energy Modeling on youtube. When I labeled surfaces as shown in part 3,  I noticed all texts appeared with strange font:

I tried to manually set font, but it did not work

And for some reason, this problem only happened when I was labeling Surfaces. All text display normally when I was labeling Zones

I have no idea what is wrong. Could you please help me take a look? All software are up to date.
