Problem with CreateSolid method

Hi David, hi Steve,

I was recently checking how CreateSoild method is performing - on most solutions seems to be working fine. However I have noticed one small issue.

It refers to the Breps containing faces which edges coincide at some point.

In comparison to CreateSolid method Intersection methods (as well as trimming) tested on the same geometry work fine.

Please find enclosed small example contating Brep I was trying to describe.

Please use number slider to verify behaviour.

Moreover I have checked the same behaviour also with standard command in Rhino, it doesn't work - so it seems to be RhinoCommon issue.
