algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hello,

I am trying to create a sun shading facade. I have the script working pretty much the way I want (it will make more sense with more hexagonal cells, I am just working with a few to get the script working). As you can see from the script I have hex cells that will make up my facade being extruded along a vector that is a mirrored sun path, and where the extruded cell hits the sun path I would like to trim it with a plane. This is working in a few instances but the brep-curve-intersection is reordering the intersection points so that they no longer match up with their corresponding extruded cell. I figured this out by pulling out some list items through the script till I could find the discrepancy. Any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

What is the brep for the inside component. It is empty on your file.

Whoops, here is the file with that brep, its just a box to separate the cells on the north side of the building from the rest of the cells.
