Problem to coordinate multiple layer reference import

hello I'm trying to automate a mapping of cooling pipes.
I used the command "shortest Walk" and Elefront.
My problem is that often the various jobs you ask for a grasshopper to launch overlap and everything crashes. What can I do?

Can i do it using phyton?
