problem reading SHP file

The Shape file importer I use relies on some specific version of some specific database to be installed on the machine. It looks like you might not have that database. Can you post the full error message (i.e., click on the red balloon)?

Yup, you'll have to track down which version of the ACE database you need to install. This is a major pain in the neck, I've tried a few times and only succeeded once. It might be easier to use a different application to import and convert the shp data...
