Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

hello everybody,

I am a pretty new grasshopper user so maybe what i askk is very silly but here is my issue:

I'm trying to make an array of polylines that can be transformed in the same way but individually. what I've done so far is this:

Hi Eleni... could you provide a better description of what you are trying to do, maybe even with a picture?  I see your gh file, but I'm having trouble figuring out what exactly you want done.

hey! as you see first I have created a polyline that can be changed by rotating each part of it. then i want to copy this polyline so that i can loft this number of copies and create an object. but my issue is that: i want each copy to be different from each other and i want to control each copy of this polyline so that if i change on of the rotation angles, that doesn't changes all of the polylines' geometry. For example, if I give a number to each one of the copies of the polylines (1, 2, 3, ... etc) I want to be able to differentiate no1 from no2, n03 etc.

Is it more clear now??

as you can see here, when i move the slider, all the copies of the polyline change. i want to be able to move the slider an change the geometry of only one of the copies.

Hello Eleni,

Something like this maybe?

hey there, thank you so much for taking a look at it

That works kind of.. the thing is that this way you get to rotate the whole polyline while my aim is to rotate differently the parts of it...  u see??

I am not rotatating the whole polyline.
The first segment is rotated by some numbers.
The second number by another set of numbers, you can add more ect ect.
And control them either by random number or controled ones. Each profile is different.

M.

ook, now I see..!! thank u very much :)
