algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Preparing for Print. Removing intersections. Converting to Solid.

Hi, 
I want to 3D print this design, but I need to tidy it up so that it can be converted to a solid, then .stl for a zcorp 3d printer.
How do I remove all the intersecting parts in the middle and just have 1 solid shape?

it's been three minutes and I'm still waiting to open the file... too heavy
