Polysurface to surface

Hey guys,

I am having an annoying problem. I am trying to create a diagrid structure using the lunchbox tools, but I have a polysurface that I cannot make into a single surface. I have tried meshing it and then converting it with T-splines, but I receive an error message saying it can't do it. I have also tried rhinoresurf and Mesh 2 single nurbs programs. If anyone could help me rebuild this polysurface as a single nurbs surface or get the plugin to recognize my polysurface it would greatly be appreciated!

I don't think this object could ever be one nurbs surface and still look like this sorry to say.

What about this one? I was able to rebuild it to 4 single surfaces, but still cant combine to one overall

this type of edge can never be one surface, think of nurbs as a piece of paper. If u cant make this shape from one piece of paper without cutting it then chances are it can never be one surface. Read up on nurbs to learn more why it wont work. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Non-uniform_rational_B-spline
