Polyline with specific angles and length (mero system)

Hi,

I am trying to draw a polyline with specific angles between its parts.

If possible I would like to draw a initial line in 3D and than change it till there are only angles in 22.5 degree steps in the polyline. If I would be able to limit the length of the line parts to a specific value or a range of length would be great, but not necessary.
