Points on a Meshplane to reverse/other order?

Hi,

I'm having a very simple problem which should have a simple solution, but I can't figure it out. In the image underneath you can see a meshplane in which I extracted the points, and I would like to reorder this list in a way that the numbers follow the direction of the green arrow (so 0,1,2,3) instead of the red arrow which they do now. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks!
