algorithmic modeling for Rhino

hey guys,

i'm new to the forum and still in the process of learning gh.
i've got a major problem here. in the file you can see 2 versions.
on the left the pattern has been determined by curves taken from rhino and the other where the pattern is determined by curves drawn in gh. and these curves are affected by attractor points too.

where the curves have been set in rhino, the pattern works fine, i get the criss crossing grid fine.
but somehow the script has just been copied for the curves drawn from gh and the criss cross pattern points have been messed up in the process. why!

i hope i'm making sense and it could be great if someone could help me figure this out.
it might be a simple solution so please help me i'm a noob!
thanks!

Hi Janice,

In the 2nd version, the lists of curves which you use to create the lofts are in reversed order in respect to each other.

If you reverse the order of any one of them, it should be fine.
Like this for example:

However a better thing to do generaly would be to sort those curves, so that the order in which they were assigned to the paremer wouldn't matter.
Example:

(this sorts them by the Z-coordinate of one of the endpoints)

Good luck!
