It's not really clear from your definition which line pattern is the one you want to work with.  Is it as above?

There are 6 surfaces I would like the points on surfaces 0 and 2 to connect with all the lines remaining parallel to each other below is an image of what I am getting currently.. sorry for any confusion

I'm not so good with data trees, but you can try this solution.

Flip Matrix > Reverse List > Flip Matrix, to the points list of one of the surfaces

Thanks for the advice Maxim attached is a image of the script I got it to work thanks a ton...
