point grid and criss cross pattern

i am making a criss-cross grid pattern in brick masonry. i have made with combining two grids but somthing went wrong. can somebody  help me, see the attched file below and pictures as well. i wanted to keep variation in group of brick that is either three or four or five. and i wanted to rotate the bricks in same course from center so that i can create opening in wall.

Try "Box Morph" or "Surface morph". Beware your bricks would be distorted.

thanks   Hyungsoo Kim .... i thied with this both commands but the bricks are getting distorted is there any other way to go.
