plane transformation

I have an initial plane and a final plane ... Can I interpolate them like interpolating numbers somehow? ... I want to change from the first plane into the second one using a parameter from t=0 to t=1 ...

got it somehow ... transformation of the x and y directions for a variable plane changing from 0 to 1 ...
