algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Place Points on Intersections of Hexagonal Grid

Can someone explain to me how I would generate points at the intersections of the perimeters of the hexagons instead of their centers? Ideally there would not be any duplicates or overlapping points.

Try to use "Hexagonal Structure" component of "Lunchbox" plug-in.
