Hi Dani,
I took a quick look and noticed your bezier curves are not so good. Make its control points visible and notice that there are coinciding points (item 2 & 3). Fixing the bezier curves will fix the pipe.

But I have not found the coinciding points, could you be more specific? Maybe upload the gh. solved if still preserves...
