Perpendicular evolution of objects along a curve

Hello to all of you,

I want to know if it is possible to do this kind of thing, like the image.

I will like to copy objects perpendicular to a line and to vary the rotation angle to give a certain evolutionary side at all ?

I try something like that ...

but from the beginning, it does not work, you have a little time to help me please?

Really nice, this software are amassing!

This is exactly what I do with rhino. Me, I want to do the same thing, along a curve, no symmetrically.

I want to have control on the line and on the rotation along the curve... I'm clear ...?!
