PERIODIC UNION OF TWO LISTS

Hello everyone! I'm stuck!!
Just looking for hopefully some list management help.i want a ruled surface between two curves with different number of points. the start point have to be shifted to the middle point of the upper curve. but at the end of the y need a reverse of the same list untill zero and than restart again.
I hope that the images will make more sense.

not quite clear on what you're doing with the ruled surface..
but here's a solution for the re-ordering.
its a bit messy mostly due to getting rid of - and adding - duplicates at the beginning/end of lists
hope it helps.

edit: if still no good, attaching the gh with the curves might help. From memory, ruled surface requires curves not points, so cutting the curves in to portions, ruling, then joining might be better? but not quite sure what you want the end result to look like so mm (drawing it might help?)
