Pattern Made of Arcs

Hello All,

I am having  quite a difficult time with trying to script this pattern that I have.  Usually, if I post a question I have some sort of a script to work from, but in this case, I am really not sure where to begin.  Everything is made from the same length arc divided into 6 parts.  The pattern repeats, but I can't find an underlying grid or something to go from.  Attached is a jpeg of the pattern and the rhino file where it is manually done.  If anyone can help out a bit, it would be greatly appreciated.
