Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

hi :)

at the time, i try to create a surface on a hexagonal diagrid created by the lunchbox tool. i wanted to use the patch component. as you can see on the left part in the attached image it works fine if i make it by my own in rhino but if i use the component in grasshopper, it does'nt work at all as you can see on the right part of the attached image. i think it's because the component collects all the line data from the fillet component and trys to create one surface with all the main curves as source.

does anyone know how i can get the surfaceparts that i want? :)

have a nice day and thank you :)

Hi mh, if you want a separate surface for each of your closed curves try grafting the input curves on the patch component (right click on the input>Graft).

thanks a lot! works really fine now :)
