Passing variables from one function to another (PYTHON)

Hi!

I'm trying to pass an output (list of points) from a function to another function.

However, I'm receiving this 
'Runtime error (ValueErrorException): Could not convert [<Rhino.Geometry.Point3d object at 0x000000000000003B [127.711317643685,-5615.7522819012,0]>] to a Point3d'.

Can anyone please advise me on this error?
