algorithmic modeling for Rhino
parametric facade
Hi everybody, I did this facade and I want to know if it is possible to change my strips in vertical direction as in the picture 8 with this kind of movement.

I look at your script, first it is not easy to make it work. Some geometry are not internalized, ... Picture 8 is named stringio.jpg ?
What I understand is that you modify openings in hexagon of your facade. Is it that ?
To your question yes it is doable to make strips. But it doesnt seem that the strips in image are optimized with sun position. But it could surely be possible to vary the thickness, ondulation whatever of the strips. Can you draw some sketch ?
