parametric curve

Good morning :)

I would like to make a curve with some parameters to change. It is almost done but the problem is that the final version is the filleted curve (which I want) and the basic curve before fillet - joined together. How can I divide them to get only filleted one, closed curve to further loft? In the picture is sth that I want to do with it, have the shape to control by this curve. Any ideas ?
