algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hello All,
I'm pretty new to Grasshopper, but am learning fast. I have a problem i can't seem to get by... I'm trying to rotate panels around an axis through the center of the individual panels. I actually got it to do this but there is a strange side-effect that i do not understand. In one of the rows of panels there is duplication and rotating of 28 panels going on. I can't find where this is coming from.... I hope someone can help.. thanks in advance.

You have to supply the G,C and X inputs to Rotate with a similar Path Structure i.e. 8 Branches each containing 28 Items.
Use the Path Mapper to get The vectors Paths to the structure you need. {A;B;C;D} --> {A;B;C}
